President Muhammadu Buhari, this morning departed Abuja to Kenya on a 3 day state tour where he will join his host, President Uhuru Kenyatta and other dignitaries at a memorial service for Kenyan soldiers who lost their lives in the Al –Shabaab attack in Somalia.
