Prosecution lists more witnesses as court adjourns

The presiding Judge, Justice Adeniyi Ademola and some other judges of the Federal High Court in Abuja were said to be attending a conference.

In addition to the amendment of the charges brought against the former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki, prosecutors have listed three new witnesses to testify in court.
This brings the number of witnesses now, to eight.
Punch Newspapers reports that the case was adjourned to November 2, 2015, due to the inability of the Judge, to hear the case.

Punch reports that the presiding Judge, Justice Adeniyi Ademola and some other judges of the Federal High Court in Abuja were said to be attending a conference.
A list of the prosecution witnesses, obtained from Punch Newspapers, include:
Dahiru Dodo, Musa Duniyo; Ali Gurara, Samuel Ogbu, and Franklyn Usman.
The additional witnesses are: Jamilu Hamusu, M.M. Sani and M. Habib.
